I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were generally clean and nicely scented, but some areas had noticeable staining and mess. The service was friendly, especially Antoinette in the breakfast area, despite some concerns with braids or locks. The location was convenient for my meetings and dining out, though the seating was limited. The dining options were satisfying, although there was a minor issue of stepping on nails. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives.

The dining experience was good with a nice little seating area like a little coffee shop. The facilities were adequate, offering dry cleaning, shops/commercial services, laundry, and a welcome drink.
